EverCare’s Community Development Services (CDS) empower individuals to gain independence through meaningful community engagement. Our structured programs, led by qualified staff and CDS program coordinators, help individuals explore their interests, build life skills, and integrate into their communities.

Staff Training Requirements
To effectively support individuals in community settings, EverCare ensures that all CDS staff meet the highest qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
Pass a criminal background check.
Hold First Aid & CPR certifications.
Maintain necessary DDA certifications, including ongoing MANDT training and other relevant skills.
Complete all required training related to the Person-Centered Plan (PCP) and community-based services.
Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance for transportation support when needed.
We provide continuous professional development to ensure staff remain up-to-date with industry standards and best practices. All training records are carefully documented and regularly reviewed.
