Service Features Customized Homes – Modern, fully-equipped residences in safe neighborhoods, accommodating up to three individuals per apartment.
Daily Living Support – Assistance with personal care, household tasks, and essential life skills development.

Staff Training Requirements
EverCare upholds the highest staffing standards for residential care providers. All staff members must:
Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
Pass a criminal background check.
Hold current certifications and training required by the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), including:
- First Aid & CPR
- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) (Maryland Board of Nursing)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (if required)
- MANDT Certification
- DDA-specific training, refreshers, and updates
Complete pre-service and in-service training aligned with the Person-Centered Plan (PCP).
Hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance (as required).
Ongoing Training
Staff training is continuous, ensuring compliance with up-to-date regulations and best practices. All training records are maintained for accountability and transparency.
