Staff Training Requirements
EverCare ensures that all Employment Services staff meet the highest professional standards:
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
Pass a criminal background check.
Hold First Aid & CPR certification and CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification.
Complete MANDT Certification for behavior support training.
Fulfill DDA training requirements, including vocational development and job coaching techniques.
Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, if required for job site transportation.
We provide continuous professional development to keep staff updated on employment service best practices. Regular refresher courses and skill-building workshops ensure quality support.
