Staff Training Requirements

EverCare ensures that all Employment Services staff meet the highest professional standards:

Checkmark Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.

Checkmark Pass a criminal background check.

Checkmark Hold First Aid & CPR certification and CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification.

Checkmark Complete MANDT Certification for behavior support training.

Checkmark Fulfill DDA training requirements, including vocational development and job coaching techniques.

Checkmark Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, if required for job site transportation.

Ongoing Training

Checkmark We provide continuous professional development to keep staff updated on employment service best practices. Regular refresher courses and skill-building workshops ensure quality support.
