Staff Training Requirements
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Certification – Required in Maryland.
First Aid & CPR Certification – Ensuring safety and emergency readiness.
DDA Training – Specialized education in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
MANDT Certification – Training for behavioral management and intervention.
Criminal Background Check – Ensuring safety and compliance.
Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance – Required if transportation is provided.
Ongoing Development
