We offer 24/7 respite care, with hours determined by the Person-Centered Plan (PCP) and aligned with the care team’s agreement.

Staff Training Requirements
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
Successfully pass a criminal background check.
Hold First Aid & CPR certifications and CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification.
Complete MANDT Certification for handling behavioral situations.
Fulfill DDA training requirements, including specialized respite care training.
Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, if transportation support is required.
